World Class Manufacturing Starter Pack (UK only) - to kick start or accelerate your world class manufacturing project

If you have not yet started implementing World Class Manufacturing, Lean Manufacturing, Just in Time and / or Total Quality improvement ideas into your manufacturing business, or if your world class manufacturing projects need an injection of new ideas, as they do from time to time, I have put together a "World Class Manufacturing starter Pack". The World Class Manufacturing starter pack consists of :

• A 1/2 day evaluation of current manufacturing processes and methods through a tour of the facilities and interviews with senior managers, direct line managers and team leaders in the area.

• A 1 day overview seminar on World Class Manufacturing, tailored to address the most urgent needs of your business.

• A world class manufacturing status report with a benchmark against similar companies.

• An implementation plan.

For single site units, the starter pack will be charged at just the cost of the 1 day course (click here for course fees), the evaluation, benchmarking and report will be complementary. There may be an additional charge for companies with more than one manufacturing site depending on the geography.
