ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) packages require a huge amount of time and effort to implement quite apart from the cost. Many companies put a lot of work into implementing their ERP package and, at the same time, improve their business processes to take advantage of the integrated way of working. Unfortunately all too many of these companies find these improvements are eroded over time. To compound the problem, changes to their business and improvements to the package leads to an increasing frustration that they are not getting the most from their ERP investment. For this reason we have put together a "Business Excellence Maintenance" package to help you not just hold your gains but build on your successes.
This package is appropriate for UK companies and people who have attended MRP Ltd., BPIC or Ollie Wight courses in the past.
All companies know, for example, that it is essential to give new recruits an induction course in Business Excellence and World Class Manufacturing but too many companies are too busy these days and so the culture of excellence is diluted. If this applies to you, do have a close look at this offer.
The Business Excellence Maintenance package comprises:
After the first year, visits will normally be the afternoon before the course.
The whole package will be charged at just the current course rate (see fees) less a 10% loyalty discount for previous customers. There will not be any charge for previous customers of MRP Ltd. or BPIC for setting up the induction course, the visits, reports and advice. The standard package will comprise an annual visit and course but more or less frequent visits and courses can be arranged if required.
