Executive Briefing on Business Excellence

Unless the Managing Director and Senior Management are on board and committed, successful implementation of change is impossible. An Executive Briefing will help get those executives to connect the Business Excellence concepts to the achievement of their own objectives.

The Briefing explains how the introduction of Business Excellence can benefit all operations from Marketing through Manufacturing to Purchasing. Through understanding, senior managers will become committed to the successful implementation of change. At the conclusion of the Briefing you will have a clear view of the essentials that make for successful implementation and progress along the road to Business Excellence.

The Briefing, typically lasting 2 to 3 hours, is designed to convey the concepts in a structured way but allows for discussion during the course of the presentation. It is an overview session designed for Executives embarking on a change process within a manufacturing organisation.

Discussion Topics
· What are ERP, MRP II and DRP? (an executive perspective)
· What is JIT and TQ?
· How do these basic philosophies work in an integrated manner? (this is Business Excellence)
· What role does the executive play in this scenario?
· What are the benefits of Manufacturing Excellence and how does it lead to Business Excellence?
· How do you go about successful implementation of change and why is it better to implement Business Excellence rather than any one of ERP, MRP II, JIT or TQ separately?
· Why do change processes so often fail to meet expectations?
· What are the key success factors?
· How to organise the implementation to ensure the process yields the highest benefits
· What are the cost and benefits?
· How to best measure the performance of a company in a Business Excellence environment and how these measures lead to a vision statement.
· What are the goals of the company and how do they compliment this vision?
· What are the next steps the company needs to take to maintain momentum?

A typical half day executive briefing costs just £500 plus travel and accommodation if necessary. If you are interested in an executive briefing, click here for more information or E-Mail or call +44 (0)1273 708561. Please note - the Executive Briefing is only available in the UK.
